Guidelines for the Use and Storage of Jewelry to Preserve the Guarantee
To maintain the beauty and luster of your VARVARA Collection piece for years, follow these care and handling tips.
 Unfavorable Factors
Remove jewellery during physical labor and sports to prevent mechanical damage to the metal and potential damage to stones and enamel.
Avoid dropping the jewellery, as this can cause cracks on stones and enamel that are not restorable.
Refrain from exposing jewellery to cosmetics and chemicals (including creams, lotions, perfumes, etc.), as this can cause color changes in the metal and damage to the surface of the jewellery.
After bathing in the sea, rinse jewelry with fresh water.
 Storage
Store jewellery in cases in a dry place, avoiding prolonged direct exposure to sunlight.
Diamond, being the hardest mineral, can leave scratches on the surface of other materials. Therefore, all diamond-encrusted models should be stored separately.
Avoid contact between jewellery pieces to prevent scratches.
 Care
Jewellery should be regularly wiped with a special cloth to restore its glossy shine.
Gold is resistant to corrosion and air and water exposure, requiring only minimal care. For cleaning a gold piece, you can use a small amount of liquid soap. Gently wash with warm water and dry with a soft, dry cloth. If severe contamination occurs, seek professional assistance.
 Warranty
Your item is not eligible for exchange or return.
It is important to us that the item remains with you for many years.
If it was not possible to preserve the item from unfavorable factors, we can assist with some types of restoration. The possibility and cost of restoration are evaluated individually, as every item is unique.
