To order with delivery within Switzerland, place your order in your shopping cart on the website and make a payment.

If you would like to use the courier delivery ‘Three pieces to choose from’ please contact us.

If you would like to make an order outside Switzerland, please send a message in our contact form or send an email to info@varvara-collection.com and we will send you the current price and delivery conditions for your region.

Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends and public holidays.

Order processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. In case of a large number of orders, dispatch may be delayed by a few days. In case of a significant delay in dispatch of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Delivery within Switzerland is free of charge.

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. During periods of high demand, delays may occur.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

VARVARA collection is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during delivery. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packing materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

If you want to use the service ‘Three pieces to choose from’ please make a full registration on the site, providing all your details (phone number, email, address), confirm your email address, send an email to info@varvara-collection.com and we will contact you.

Delivery within Switzerland is ordered at least 10 working days in advance.

If you want to use this type of service for the first time, the courier will meet you in the lobby of the hotel we choose in your city. The place of meeting with regular customers can be discussed.

Payment for the purchase is made by credit card to the courier or by prepayment.

Please note that we do not process orders, letters and do not send orders on weekends and public holidays.

Returns

The return of products purchased through the Three Pieces to Choose service is not possible.
